Loxley is a lovely, quiet and peaceful village. The flat is on the first floor and you would have almost exclusive use of the shared garden. There are two off-road parking spaces for the flat as well as plenty of on-street parking.

The living room is very large and there is a huge storage space in the attic. The flat is well maintained throughout and very cheap to heat!

Loxley Common, an amazing wood and nature reserve, is just out the back garden and ideal for short or longer walks. The beautiful Damflask reservoir is only a 30 minute walk (or 5 minute drive/10 minute cycle).

Hillsborough shops are a 5 minute drive away and the city centre is 15 minute drive (or the same on the bike).
