We have a spare double room available in S6. Very close to Aldi and the yellow tramline. Each room is large and the property comes with a separate living room and kitchen area. There’s also a medium garden in the back. One bathroom. Lots of free on street parking. £400 with bills included (water, tv, gas, electric, broadband). 2 of the current housemates are masters students at the University of Sheffield (studying mental health nursing and social work) and 1 is a professional. We enjoy socialising, the pubs, board games, cooking and music so this room would suit a sociable individual.
