Description
I am looking for a housemate for my rental property on Abbeydale road; 6 months minimum tenancy. Preferred start date is September but could potentially start from August. Probably the cheapest rent you’ll find in the area! Close to nether edge, abbeydale road pubs/bars; two supermarkets within walking distance and parking nearby. The room has a full inbuilt wardrobe and we also have a spare room which is currently used as a study and for extra storage.
I’m a sociable person but I also enjoy chilling in the house. I am mainly office based but work from home twice a week.
A working professional is preferred but a mature student will be considered.
