There is outdoor space, garden, shed and on street parking. There are two current residents Myself and my lodger ( of 10yrs !) Jamie 42.
My last lodger sadly has only left due to ill health.
I'm located in Upper Wincobank (S5) convenient area for the M1, Rotherham, Barnsley and further afield, buses near to most areas, Meadowhall, walking trails, shops. DR's & Dentist, Large park and sports centre within 1/4 mile.
Shared bathroom, kitchen and almost sole use of loungroom.
£400 monthly includes all bills/Council tax Band A, & broadband- fully furnished.. you have nothing to bring, just yourself. !!
