Spacious, private bedroom, fully furnished bedroom available in desirable S6 location.

Directly opposite a tram stop (Malin bridge) that takes you directly into Sheffield centre. 6 minute walk from the Rivelin valley (a beautiful walk) and a 12 minute walk from Hillsborough park with wonderful coffee shops, a lake and greenery. Hillsborough is on the doorstep to Kelham island but also has an up and coming high street with bars, shops and restaurants.

There is free on street parking surrounding the street should you need it.

Kitchen includes all amenities including a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Everything is ready for you to move straight in. You will have plenty of space in the cupboards, fridge and freezer.

The bedroom is in the attic, with its own en suite. There is a locked door that shuts to your stair case, meaning you have a very private space. There is a ‘cove’ area perfect for storage. Velux windows (with black out blinds) for the summer mornings where you can let the air and sunlight shine through. Double bed with comfy mattress, pillows and duvet included (without bedding). You are even provided with your own TV, although you are more than welcome to use the larger Smart TV in the living room.

The living room has a log burner, perfect for cosy nights in. I will be spending time at the property (approx. 3 days per week) until around Dec 2024, then am planning on going travelling for 1-2 years. This means there will just be yourself and another lodger (occupation : teacher, age : 25) living in the property. Whilst I am away, I ask that you please do not use the log burner as it requires regular cleaning. I am also setting the minimum tenancy as 12 months for this reason, which can then switch to a rolling contract. I will be contactable via telephone for non-emergencies and have a local contact for any immediate needs or concerns.

£695 per month including all bills
£200 deposit (just in case any significant repairs need doing)

All bills and council tax included (band A), including high speed internet.

About the other tenant:

26-year-old female working professional (school teacher) meaning they are out of the house Mon-Fri 8-5pm. Friendly and laid back, but like to keep the place tidy and clean which is a 'must' quality to be shared in prospective housemates. preference of female housemate, between the 23-33 age bracket for the purposes of a harmonious household.

We'd really enjoy someone to make themselves at home here.
