The whole house was refurbished in 2020 and the communal areas have been re-decorated last year.

All bills are included in the monthly rent, so that includes council tax, gas and electric, broadband and water.

The housemates are 4 women, a couple of which have lived here for over 2 years, all working professionals, social, fun, all with lots of different interests, and there is a great dynamic in the house. The house is homely and everyone is clean and tidy. There is an open plan kitchen and lounge for when anyone wants to hang out / cook / watch films together & also an outdoor space at the back for the summer ☀️
