Costs are:
£250-£600 monthly rent, variable rent policy.
£89.50 Bills per person
£75 Food
Rent is higher the higher your income and savings. Rent, Bills and food are also subject to increase or decrease dependent on co-op needs.

There is currently 1 room available (As seen above). There will be other rooms available soon, which we may also use current applications to fulfil.

Brambles:
The Co-op is not your average house share. We have 9 bedrooms, 6 full time members and we are now looking for future members to make this their home. Being a member is different from being a tenant - the cost of our rent is lower because you are expected to commit time to work on the house and to take on one of our membership roles.

The application process takes 2-3 months so ideally we are looking flexible people in flexible housing situations who are willing to commit a minimum of 2 years to the co-op. Brambles is also not emergency housing, so if you require something more urgent, unfortunately we are not the space for you.

Members must also be willing to talk openly about their finances and other privileges they may have.
