Close to shops, bars, pubs and everything you'll ever need.
Excellent travel links to the city centre and train station as well as being walking distance to the Bole Hills and bike trails.

Outside yard to the rear and free on street parking.

Western Road has a great living room and large kitchen diner which is fully furnished with washer and dryer and two large fridge freezers.

This 5 bed house as two bathrooms and a separate additional toilet, which is a great split ratio.

No need to fret about splitting bills as they're all included in your monthly rent as well as a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas.

Room 3 is a lovely first floor room, it’s not massive but it is warm and cosy. It comes with a bed, under bed storage space, a wardrobe with drawers, black out curtains and blind.
It's a lovely room to relax in. Also fully carpeted, private and quiet.

And, the super-fast WiFi reaches all over the house so there's no need to worry about being too far from the router. Should you need to work from home you will find that this is a very easy place to be.

The monthly includes the rent, gas, electric, council tax, water, broadband, TV licence (for the communal area only) and fortnightly cleaner (for the communal area).

This house has 4 female housemates who have all met each other when they moved in. They are looking for a female only to join the household.

If you're clean, tidy and friendly then you'll fit right in. We will try to arrange for you to meet everyone before you move in and pass on your contact details (with your permission) so that you can say hello to each other.

Everyone is expected to be clean and tidy in the communal areas and be respectful of each other. Whether you want to socialise or not is up to you - your room is a great space for you to relax with the whole house feeling like a home.

Viewings are either in person or live video call viewings via WhatsApp or Zoom if you're not in Sheffield.
