Double room to rent with live in landlord

Hi, looking to rent my spare double bedroom. Room is large with a nice view of the peaks. There is king size bed, two bedside tables, cupboard with hanging rail and storage space, a desk and chest of draws. More storage space is available under the bed if required. The bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden area are shared spaces. The garden is south east facing with the patio getting the morning sun and the garden the evening sun. The house is a terrace. It is situated on a quite cul-de-sac. Parking is on street. Neighbours are lovely. The house is a 10 min walk from Malin bridge or Langsett tram track and bus stop. There is also a bus stop that will take you into town via south road or via Crookes 5 mins from the house. Crookes is a 5 min drive or 25 min walk. I live in the property as does my dog Luna, who is very friendly. I am a person who likes to be busy so I don’t spend much time at home, and I stay a few nights at my partners.
