I'm looking for a clean & tidy new housemate to share my home in Crookes, Sheffield. I have two other lodgers.
My home is very comfortable, quiet and relaxed. We have a stunning kitchen, and nice outside space with storage for bikes. I am 5 minutes’ walk from Crookes High-street, 15-minute walk from the Hallamshire Hospital, and only 1.5 miles from the town centre. There are parks, shops, cafés, bars & restaurants close by. On road parking is available (No permit required).
The room is available straight away. The large room is furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, a bedside table and storage. The rooms also each have a workspace of desk & chair.
(For reference it’s the 'Bedroom 1' in the pictures - The other pictures have been included so you can see the standard of the house).
The whole house has been recently refurbished throughout, and all furniture was new a year ago. Both the kitchen and bathroom have been installed to a very high standard. The kitchen is well equipped & includes fridge, cooker, induction hob, plates, pans etc.
We have a large bathroom which include a fantastic shower, toilet & sink. There is also a separate WC with sink.
We have hive central heating, so you never need to arrive home to a cold house! I have a good cleaner to help keep the house looking great. That said, I am after clean & tidy housemates to make sure the house is a lovely place for everyone to live.
I have a good-sized basement which has been converted to a utility room to keep the kitchen free from freezers / washing machine & tumble dryer.
Rent includes bills (Water, Gas/Electricity, Council Tax) as well as Wi-Fi. The room is a large double on the ground floor. This room is priced at £555 per calendar month. I ask for a £350 damage deposit and will do a reference check which costs £24. I'm looking for professionals of similar age to share with.
The house is compliant with HMO specs, and includes a fire alarm system, and fire doors throughout.
My own interests include climbing, running & basically anything outdoors.
3 months minimum, and then rolling monthly onwards (1 months' notice in either direction).
