This is a wonderful home and has been very carefully refurbished. It has a high-quality finish and is not your average rental house.
The location is brilliant and you have everything at your fingertips, but far enough away that it is quiet and you do not hear traffic.
I will consider mature students over 24 years old.
I am a experienced private landlord who always puts the tenants first and will not try to squeeze out every last penny like some letting agents. I address issues as quickly as possible and try my hardest to help out where I can and be flexible.
