JAN 2024 MOVE IN DATE

Hello!
I am planning to move out in January 2024.
The room is a double bedroom that comes with double bed, mattress, two wardrobes and a chest of drawers. If you want less furniture so that the room is bigger then this is an option. I just have lots of clothes so need all this storage! There is a spacious living room, huge kitchen, cellar for extra storage, bathroom complete with shower, toilet, sink and another toilet in a separate room.
The rent is £300 per month for the room and we pay a ‘bills all included’ which is another £123 a month and this includes: gas, water, electricity and tv license. This is great as it means we can have the heating on whenever we like in winter! The only other cost is council tax which at the moment is £42.
The street has parking and we normally do quite well to park outside the house, this is not permit. Crookes is a great area with a variety of shops, charity shops, cafes and pubs!
No problem with smokers!
This is a 6 month contract and be extended for another 12 months. House is currently occupied by 3 females.
