The house has a good size kitchen and living room with dining table. TV in the living room with Amazon Fire stick. Ideally it would be a year-long tenancy but I am happy to be flexible and will consider more short-term lets.
Neill road is an ideal place for students and young professionals as there are lots of amenities near by and great public transport.
The current tenants are working full time so they are busy people and are therefore looking for house mates who are tidy, clean and friendly too!
