Room available in 3 bedroom flat at Encliffe Park

Hi!

We're 2 professionals looking for a 3rd flatmate from 1st July.

The flat overlooks Endcliffe Park and is a generally peaceful area.

We're both pretty relaxed and open minded, love music and like to share meals together when possible. Both of us mostly eat vegetarian but it’s not a problem if you don’t. We’re not obsessed with cleanliness but appreciate leaving in a tidy environment.

The property comes with everything you could need, including superfast broadband, flat screen TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and vacuum. Fully equipped kitchen including; crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, toasters, kettles and general utensils.
There is also a shared yard which is a useful parking spot. Neither of us have a car and there’s usually space, if not there then on a nearby street.
