Available for rent is a spacious double bedroom in Sheffield just 15 minutes from the city centre, offering picturesque Peak District views and sunsets right outside your window. Your room overlooks a tranquil landscaped garden, teeming with vibrant flora and frequent visits from local wildlife - a haven for anyone with a fondness for nature.

The room comes furnished with a Habitat Tatsuma double bed, accompanied by a SilentNight mattress, and offers ample storage with fitted wardrobes.

I am a sociable 33-year-old guy who enjoys a balanced lifestyle of fitness, socialising and chilling. So I am looking for someone who can effortlessly blend into this harmonious atmosphere and make this place their home too.

Bills are included and cover everything like water, energy, council tax, TV licence and super-fast broadband, etc). Usual tenant checks would be carried out, and a deposit of one months rent is required.

Please note, the house is vegetarian/vegan only, non-smoking and I have a no guests policy to just ensure it’s a totally calm and relaxed space. No exceptions on those I’m afraid. However please note that if your budget is below the advertised amount and you meet this criteria and like the place, I’d be happy to slightly reduce amounts as my top priority is finding the right person.

Situated in Sheffield S17 (Bradway/Dore - aka the nicest postcode in Sheffield!), the house is super conveniently located only 15 minutes from Sheffield city centre, Chesterfield, and the Peak District. Public transport is easily accessible, and there’s always free roadside parking available.
