The room comes furnished with a Habitat Tatsuma double bed, accompanied by a SilentNight mattress, and offers ample storage with fitted wardrobes.

I am a sociable 33-year-old guy who enjoys a balanced lifestyle of fitness, socialising and chilling. So I am looking for someone who can effortlessly blend into this harmonious atmosphere and make this place their home too.

To maintain a calm and private environment, I ask that we both agree to a no-guests policy. This means no friends, family, or partners visiting the house, ensuring the space remains a peaceful retreat for both of us.

Bills are inclusive of water, energy, council tax, TV licence and super-fast broadband, etc.). Usual tenant checks would be carried out, and a deposit of one month’s rent is required.

Please note, the house is vegetarian/vegan only, non-smoking, and pet-free. No exceptions on those I’m afraid.
