Double room in shared female house

We are a couple that bought the house in 2022 but recently moved to London.

The house is shared with 2 females currently living there. They are very tidy! They both met in the house but get on well and are hoping for another female that they can get on with a live comfortably with. Males still considered.

The house is a reasonable sized 3 bed and this bedroom is very big, furnished and on the 1st floor.

There is a small box room which is a shared spare bedroom sofa bed.
Large shared garden on the back.

Free and lots of on street parking right in front of the house.

2 minute walk to the lovely south road.
20 min to crookes/ broomhill
25 min walk to Kelham Island

10 min to nearest tram stop and bus stop is right outside which takes you to Hillsborough, Town centre and Meadowhall etc.

The kitchen is recently renovated and there is a large cellar for storage.
