I’m looking for a flat mate to fill a double room in my Duplex flat in Sheffield’s Park Hill.

The price of £517.50 is for rent only and you would also be contributing to half of the bills. Here is the total cost of the bills I am paying currently (you'd be paying half) and can provide statements as proof.

You are welcome to use all of my furnishings / crockery etc and would just need to supply furniture for your own bedroom. If you don’t have any furniture and would like some help I’d be happy to discuss this.

I have a well behaved dog called Django who I co-parent so he’s only around every other week but if you don’t like dogs then this flat isn’t for you! And if you do, you’re in luck - he's ace!

The location is perfect for young professionals as it’s perfectly situated next to Sheffield train station, Interchange and tram stops. As well as being in walking distance to Sheffield City Centre & Kelham Island.

There is a lovely cafe called South Street Kitchen situated below the flats as well as a little shop. There are also a couple of really cool bars called Pearl and Bench la Cave serving craft beer, natural wine and cocktails!

I own a cafe in Sheffield so can offer some perks like pastries and free coffee to sweeten to deal if you needed any more convincing!
