I have a lovely, double room available to rent in large family home situated in the heart of Hunter's Bar, opposite Endcliffe Park. The room comprises of a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, a desk, chair and a lamp. The house has two bathrooms. The kitchen includes a large fridge freezer and a dishwasher. We also have two lovely, friendly, labradors (see pics). The room would be ideal for a mature student/professional who also likes dogs. We are an easy going family with busy schedules. (We’re both teachers). Our oldest son is now in his 3rd year at university and the youngest is doing A Levels. Happy to show you around to get a feel for the place.
