A warm, intelligent and friendly older person with reduced is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

This person would really benefit from some light practical help around the house including picking up shopping, cooking a few evening meals, light household chores, carrying things plus importantly the friendly reassurance and company of having someone around their home in the evenings/overnight.

The accommodation on offer is a split-level bedroom with a sleeping area (ingle bed) and sitting area, and its own bathroom with a separate shower, and shared use of the kitchen, sitting room, dining room and garden. There is also a study area.

The property is located in North Anston, approx. 12 miles to the East of Sheffield, and just 6 miles (15 mins drive) to Bassetlaw Hospital. There is ample parking and garage space available for a car driver.

The person’s interests include reading, watching films, nature programmes documentaries and good dramas on TV, and crafts (card and jewellery making). They also enjoy friend and interesting conversation.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s interests.
