I’m planning on moving out. The double room comes with what I consider the worlds best mattress, a wardrobe and chess of drawers. The living room is spacious and has two large sofas. There a large kitchen with a dining table, a cellar (for storage), a small toilet, and bathroom with shower and another toilet, and a garden with a small patio at the back.
The rent is £325 a month, and we pay an a extra option for ‘all bills included’ which is another £119.25 a month. That includes gas, water, electricity, internet, and tv license. Which is great as you can have the heating on as much as you want! The only other cost is the council tax which is £47.25 a month at the moment.
There is on street car parking, which is normally good, we had three drivers in the house at one point and never struggled for a spot, and it’s non permit too!
No problems with smokers. Crookes is a really lovely area which a bus spot a three minute walk away, shops, cafes and pubs a few streets away. Also the Bolehills only a short walk away too!
There is another room available, just moving out for different reasons.
