En-suite loft room to rent

We are a professional female couple looking for a clean and tidy professional to rent our spare room. It’s a large en suite loft space, fully furnished with a king size bed, brand new mattress, double wardrobe, tv unit and tv, with plenty of storage space. It’s a quirky little space with good views.

We live in a large 4 bedroom house and it is a shame to waste the space. , There are two back gardens, a front garden, outdoor toilet and a summer house.. double garage for storage (fully secure) with CCTV.

We do have 3 dogs all very lovely natured and fun but whoever is interested must be ok with letting them outdoors when they are about (all you have to do is open the door and let them back in) as the entrance to the property is at the side of the house. All 3 dogs are house trained, love a fuss but are always kept downstairs. We have a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs. Steph (my partner) and I will take all responsibility of our dogs in all aspects.

We live on a main road, however people park on it and I have a ring doorbell camera that covers the area.

There is a new built pergola with a chilled vibe in the rear garden and we are happy for all spaces to be used. It is definitely a house to chill and entertain but we do work shifts so please be respectful of that when entertaining

2 min walk to train station, 20 minutes direct to Sheffield train station. Excellent links to M1. Gullivers Valley and Rother Valley near by. 30 min drive to Peak District.

We do smoke but never in the house. This is a big house with lots of separate out door areas for your own space.

We are very chilled with a little hippy vibe, we like our peace, our home cooked food, music, out door entertaining and we love our doggies. If you are interested please send us a message, we would love to meet you.
