Hi! I am looking for a house mate (rather than a lodger) who is relaxed and easy-going and importantly who will enjoy my home while also making it their own!
A bit about me... I am a fun, friendly 24 year-old healthcare professional working in Sheffield. In my spare time I like get outdoors whether that's hiking, swimming or picnicking in the sun- the Peaks are on the doorstep! I love to travel (whenever I can!) and love spending time with friends and family.
In an ideal world I'm looking for someone who has their own social life but would be up for doing things together sometimes. I love to cook, and it would be great to occasionally make a meal together, or just chat and chill and watch tv. I love to be social but also occasionally need to recharge in my own space. I would ideally prefer someone who doesn’t work from home full time.
I have lived in my cosy home for 2 years now and has since been refurbished including new carpets, new appliances and freshly painted throughout. There is a little enclosed back garden and free on street parking.
The available room is a lovely light, spacious double attic room with lots of storage!
The rent includes broadband, water, TV and council tax. Gas and electricity bills would be split between us.

Crookes is a 15-20 minute walk
Nearest bus stop is a 2 minute walk
Sheffield city centre- 15 minute bus or 35 minute walk.
