I am looking for a house mate (rather than a lodger) who is relaxed and easy-going and importantly who will enjoy my home while also making it their own!
A bit about me... I am a fun, friendly 23-year-old healthcare professional now working in Sheffield, as I moved up for uni. I work long hours 3x a week and would be grateful for a housemate who would respect this working pattern (sometimes I need an early night!). In my spare time I like to go to a fitness class or climbing, visit the Peaks, travel (whenever I can!) and love spending time with friends and family.
In an ideal world I'm looking for someone who has their own social life but would be up for doing things together sometimes. I love to cook, and it would be great to occasionally make a meal together, or just chat and chill and watch tv. I love to be social but also occasionally need to recharge in my own space. I would ideally prefer someone who doesn’t work from home full time.
I have lived in my cosy home for a year now and it has recently been refurbished including new carpets, new appliances and freshly painted throughout. There is a little enclosed back garden and free on street parking.
The available room is a lovely light, spacious double attic room with lots of storage! Only a few minutes from Walkley, Crookes, public transport, and the Peaks!
The rent includes broadband, water, TV and council tax. Gas and electricity bills would be split between us.
