Double room available near Ecclesall road S11

Hiya, we have a spare room in a 4 bed house from mid January 2024. We are a group of 3 friends who are currently living together (met off spare room funnily enough) and looking for someone else to join us as our other housemate is moving out. The house is a 4 bed near Ecclesall road, with 2 bathrooms and your room would be a double room on the first floor. The rent is £350 without bills. We all get on rlly well and tend to eat dinner together when we are in, and do the occasional brunch/night out/film night, but also respectful of each other’s schedules as we all work full time!
