Double in 5 bed house

- - About the room - -
The room is a fabulous furnished double with a curvy ceiling because it is the top floor. Great skylight for max sunbathing.

- - The house - -
Shared living room/diner with a kitchen and bathroom all on the bottom floor. Three really comfy sofas. The house could do with some TLC but blame the landlord for that! Also, it means we can jazz up the house however we like - someone who is keen to make it more homey would be great.

Rent comes to 150 a month but with bills included (although it varies month to month) comes out to about 240. We have the internet as well!

V close to Barber Road High Street, a 30-second walk from 24hr Ozmens and a Sainsburys. A few minutes walk from Hop Cafe if you love cinnamon rolls. Also close to Crookes Valley Park Pond for those who like an outside swim. A cute little garden with a picnic table in, we are currently re-wilding.

- - The Household - -
There are four current tenants. Isaac has been here for several years and they work from home. Ella moved to Sheffield in 2022 and she works getting disabled people cycling. Chris loves juggling and he works as a volunteer co-ordinator at the hospital. Pete is here part of the time and he does lots of cycling things for work too. The household is pretty much vegetarian but there is no ban on Billy bear meat per se

- -Looking for - -
Preference for another woman to keep things balanced but no biggie. Someone sound and communally minded and sociable who would be up for occasionally cooking together and hanging out but is also relaxed and good vibes. Equally needing your own space is good too.
