The house is being sold and so there are rooms available for short term let.

Maximum stay 4 months

ALL BILLS INCLUDED (council tax, water, gas/electric, fibre broadband)

Rent is lower than average as there will be viewings that take place, surveys etc. due to the selling process.

Bedroom 1:
- Double room and comes furnished with bed and fixed railings on wall.
- It receives plenty of natural light.
- £550 (this is £350 rent and £200 bills)

Bedroom 2:
- Double room and comes furnished with a bed.
- It has fantastic views over Sheffield.
- £525 (this is £325 rent and £200 bills)

Common Areas:
Tenants will have access to a shared bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, cozy living room, low maintenance garden and off road parking.

Requirements:
- Looking for responsible and clean tenants who are respectful of shared spaces.
- Couples will be considered but will be an extra £100 per month.
- Pets will be considered on an individual basis.
- No smokers please.
