Courtyard Studio for Immediate Tenancy Takeover

I'm currently looking for a tenancy to take over my studio at the Student Roost's Laycock studios, which is very close to Sheffield station and just a 20-minute walk to the university campus. The room is a Courtyard Studio and costs £186 a week, and all utilities are included. (Double bed, desk, wardrobe and smart TV are all provided and dual-occupancy is available at no extra cost)

My current contract ends on 31/08/2024, but it can be extended later if desired. My flat also supports instalment payments (monthly payments are possible) for international students, and residents can also assign international guarantors (e. g., their parents or friends in their home country).
