LOCATION

This well-connected setting on City Road is around a 20-30 mins walk to Sheffield City Centre, and even less to Sheffield train station. Alternatively, the nearest bus stop is 1 min walk from the house and it's a 15 mins walk to the Supertram network. A taxi can take you to the centre of town within 10 mins and for as little as £4.

The idyllic Norfolk Park is also just a few mins walk away, which the back of the house overlooks. The park is a perfect spot for a lunch break, run, or a quick escape from the day, with views right across the city and beyond.

Parking is not permitted on City Road. This property is most suited to those without the need for a car, however, street parking is available just around the corner – there are lots of quieter streets including Essex Road and St Aiden’s Road. These are both suitable for parking and you can see parts of these streets from the back of the house.
