Room to rent in Highfield, Sheffield

Hi, I have a room to rent in my house on Lancing road. It's fairly small but previous lodgers have lived there for up to three years quite happily. My most recent lodger has done a runner owing me rent and leaving the room in rather a mess so I haven't currently got any pictures. The walls have recently been re-plastered and painted and the carpet was new three years ago.
The bed is raised to allow a sitting space below it but this can be changed if required. There is one corner wardrobe, other furniture can be arranged if required.
The train and bus stations and town centre are a flat fifteen minute walk away.
Parking is permit only so there is always space available apart from Sunday afternoons when there is a football match on. I already have a permit for my van and a second permit costs around £100 for one calendar year.
