Student studio tenancy takeover- Month of August

Moving out of the year tenancy early, and so my studio is available for the month of August for STUDENTS ONLY.

You can also move in slightly earlier within July, just let me know. Monthly rent is inclusive of bills.

This month is discounted from £900 (I will pay £400), and there will be a small contract to sign stating this. Student Roost will handle the main rent changeover contract.

Let me know If you would like a viewing. You can continue into next year's tenancy if you wish, but monthly rent is more expensive after this period, so let me know if you would like more info.

If you wanted to stay in a studio at cornerhouse for the 2024/2025 period it would be £199-£205 per week including bills. However there is a current deal of £600 off rent.

Only 10 minutes walk from the University of Sheffield. Booking as a couple is fine if both are students.
