Nice house near the park

The house is near the tramline which provides easy access to the city centre.

There are outdoor CCTV cameras, a ring doorbell and house alarm.

There is high speed broadband with good WiFi connection.

There is a driveway with free parking on the roads.

There is a large back garden.

The available room has a double bed and a wardrobe.

There is a shared shower upstairs and a second toilet downstairs.

I have two pet guinea pigs who live indoors, downstairs in the living room.

I work full time. I do not go out drinking and don't host parties. It is generally a quiet house. However, I do like to use the living room to play on my playstation 5. That is how I relax.

I am very accommodating to a range of people and whatever they do in their personal or work life is their own business. However, with previous tenants who have come as a couple I have ended up feeling like it was their house and I was a guest. Therefore, I would like to avoid a couple moving into the spare room. If you have a boyfriend or girlfriend who wishes to visit then that is fine, but I don't want to feel like a lodger in my own home.

Willing to consider Monday-Friday arrangements and short term stays.
