Lovely double room to rent in Richmond, it’s about at 10 minute drive into the city centre, Meadowhall and Northern general.
Close to transport systems such as the tram and bus stops near by.

The bedroom has been fully renovated to a high standard.

Fully furnished bright room with double bed, Gets plenty of natural light in the day but curtains also make the room dark when drawn.

I also have a drive way which will fit two cars.

There is Also there is a co-op a 2 minute walk down the road and a bus stop with a regular bus service into Sheffield city Centre, there is also a Lidl and and a Asda supermarket near by.

There is a lovey large kitchen with a 6 seated dining table , I do have all kitchen utensils and crockery but welcome to bring your own There is also a washing machine in the utility room as well as an airer and a tumble dryer in the conservatory

There is a small back garden area with garden furniture.

All bills inc WIFI are included in the rent but this is subject to fair use. Rent will be 600 a month ID and 3 payslips, bank statements, a reference (if you have one) and proof of employment is needed before move in date

Current housemate is myself I am 30 years old and ideally would like someone between the ages of 25-35

There is also a resident sausage dog which is owned by myself, he is friendly but will bark when you walk through the door. I work from home so am home most days, I do tend to leave him at home one night a week and that tends to be on a Sunday evening I arrive home at 6am on a Monday morning as I go and stay at my partners house.

There is a living room area with a large TV Netflix and Freeview and sofas to chill out on and watch a movie.

A little bit about me, I work from home full time, enjoy going on walks, going to the gym, cooking and popping to the pub with friends, I’m very sociable but also super happy to chill and watch some films
