Situated next to endcliffe park with a minute walk to buses that go to both uni campus’. As well as a Sainsburys and co op.

I have already paid a large chunk of the rent -
Rent is £380 a month. Bills are not included and they are an additional £138. (£518 monthly total rent) however, I have already paid the last two months so they’ll be free of cost.
(This is a bargain as initially I’ve been paying a much higher cost as I wanted to get the payments out of the way but due to unforeseen circumstances I’ve had to take a break from uni).

Tenancy is January until June 30th 2024.

Room is spacious with walk in wardrobe. (Room 2)
