Nestled in the peaceful neighbourhood of Sharrow Vale by Ecclesall Road, the house is 20 minutes walk to the city centre and just 5 minutes walk to Tesco Superstore, Sainsbury’s, and other stores and restaurants. Endcliffe park and botanical garden are also a 5 minute walk away. Bus stop is 2 minutes away with high frequency (every 5-10 minutes).

This house is fully furnished with a washing machine with dryer, all kitchen utensils and cutlery, and dehumidifier to dry clothes overnight. There’s also a usable fireplace in the living room.

House layout:
We’re a couple staying in the attic bedroom on the 2nd floor. The available bedroom is on the 1st floor. The 1st floor also contains the bathroom and study/box room/spare room that is used as a laundry drying room and office. The ground floor contains the kitchen and living room and there’s also a cellar below that. The cellar has ample storage for any size of items.
