Flatmate unexpectedly (due to job change) vacated a spacious, double bed en-suite room with tv. need a clean and easy going person to take it till summer or later.

Shared kitchen and very spacious living area.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED (water, gas, electricity, wifi, council tax)
No deposit (standard 6 weeks rent deposit already paid for), however depending on how short or long you decide to stay a half rent deposit could be required.

5 min from tram stop and high street which has basically everything.

Current flatmate is easy going, organized and respects privacy. Only at the flat for 2 nights a week due to work. cool with most things apart from a messy environment.
