We have room for 1 person to join our house. We already have Claire so only looking for another female.
We have a large 5 bed semi detached victorian house. It looks little from the front but is across 4 storeys. The rooms are a large double on the 1st floor. Then a smaller double on the second floor. It can be used by you as a snug / office / gaming.
The kitchen is large and shared by us all and so is the laundry and garden. Communal areas are a joint responsibility for keeping clean and tidy.
All bills are included; gas, electric, water, Internet (fibre), TV licence.
Clean, tidy housemate wanted who is friendly and respectful but also likes their own space.
It's mostly just Claire in the house. Me and Bob are often at our narrowboat or travelling.
