Room to rent, hillsborough- bills included

Hi,

Me and my partner are looking to fill our spare room and bring in a bit of extra cash (who doesn't need more cash?!)

We are a professional couple who both work full time.

We currently have 2 dogs so you must be happy to share your home with them.

The bedroom to let is a generously sized attic room with its own central heating radiator and opening skylight window.

The bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table although these are a little tired but fully functional.

There is also a double bed in the room with headboard and underbed drawers.

Non smokers are preferred but will be considered.

There is also a strict no drugs policy. Any drugs brought into the house will result in immediate termination of the lease, however, what you do out of the house is non of our business.

We're not the cleanest of people but we do hold a standard of cleanliness and expect this to be upheld.

The bathroom, living room and kitchen are obviously shared, communal spaces.

Although we might sound a bit grouchy from this There is reason behind it, we've been stung by a previous housemate before and would prefer it to not happen again!

Rent will be £600pcm, this can been paid weekly or monthly and will include all bills including high speed fibre broadband, utilities, council tax, Netflix etc.
