Terrace House on City Road S2

Please check out these lovely rooms.

The large attic room has Dormer Windows to the back of the house as the Sun comes this way round. There are two TV points and the room has recently had a new carpet and is freshly painted. There is a large, soft red rug.

The Front room with bay window is freshly decorated. New Blinds and Curtains on order. Just need installing. TV point.

Both rooms have a new unopened mattress topper so you are not sleeping on someone else's mattress.

There are 2 male Professionals in the house. One is only there part time as his family is down south. He has only stayed one night in the last couple months.

We have a Cleaner and she cleans all the communal area's twice a month. Its clean and warm. All in all its a nice place.

Its on the lower end of City Road S2 5HN. Just 10 mins from Pond Street Bus Station. 8 mins from the Train and 7 mins from the closest Tram Stop.

I've posted a couple of pictures of the rooms. The Front room is available from the 24th October and the Attic from the end of October.
