1 bed apartment, 2nd floor with balcony

I’m leaving my tenancy early and am looking for someone to replace me. You will be starting a full new contract with the letting agency.

It is a 1 bed furnished apartment with an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, a double bedroom and a full bathroom with shower over the bath.

Kitchen includes induction hob, fridge/freezer, washer dryer and built in bins.

Dining includes a glass table and 4 chairs

Lounge includes leather sofa

Bedroom includes double bed with built in bedside tables and mattress, chest of 4 drawers and a tall double wardrobe. Mattress is new (not the one in the pictures) and has had a mattress protector on for the duration of my tenancy

Bathroom has a new toilet, full bath with overhead shower and a sink basin.

There is also a storage cupboard housing the boiler.

Apartment is electric only.
