Hi, we’re looking to find a tenant to rent a double room in our house over the summer (1st July - 1st September) at 84 Sydney Road, S63GH. The house is located a 15 minute walk from the University of Sheffield campus and a 5 minute walk from Sainsbury’s, as well as being close to bus routes.
As stated, the price is £118 pppw without bills, so will likely be around the £140-£150 bracket after they have been added on (we are currently sorting these out).
