Both rooms come furnished with double bed, wardrobe with drawer, and an internal sink vanity unit.

Kitchen diner with two large fridge freezers, dining table and chairs, tons of kitchen cupboard space, dishwasher and hob/oven.

We also have a separate laundry room with a washing machine and separate dryer too, both of which are free to use. Plus there is storage space for your boxes/suitcases.

There are 4 bathrooms, so no queuing in the morning.

Room 9, £465pcm. Furnished with desk and chair.
Room 11, £450pcm. Furnished with large drawers for extra storage.

Your monthly payment includes the rent, gas, electric, council tax, water, broadband, TV licence (for the communal area only) and weekly cleaner (for the communal area).

Our tenant platform COHO has your inventory, tenancy documents and repair reporting facility.

The current housemates are all female and would prefer a female housemate to join them.
All working professionals who met when they moved in at individual times.
They're a lovely sociable group who get on well and can often be found relaxing and chatting in the kitchen diner.

This is not a raging party flat - if a party flat is what you're looking for then this is not the right place for you.
If you're a friendly, sociable person who enjoys chatting to your housemates, enjoys a brew/glass of wine and keep things clean and tidy then this is the right place for you.

These rooms are always popular and won't be available for long.

You can meet the housemates at your viewing (if they're in, that is) and with your permission we can pass on your contact details so you can get to know each other.

Tenancies are minimum 6 months which then go onto monthly rolling contracts to give you the most flexibility.

We do in person viewings or live video call viewings via WhatsApp or Zoom if you're not in Sheffield.
