Massive attic room with en-suite (toilet and sink only) in Burngreave available for one month from 10th May - 10th June. All bills are included.
Reduced rate of £495 including bills if you’re able to water my 5 small plants weekly during your stay.
The room is very light (with 2 sky lights) and incredibly spacious, with a wide screen TV, projector system and screen, and sofa. The bed is super king sized with a bamboo memory foam mattress topper.
The house has loads of space and a beautiful garden with an incredible view of Sheffield. The kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher.
The house is in a very quiet part of Burngreave with a 30 minute walk to the train station and 15 minute walk to Kelham Island.
Housemates are 2 clean 25 year old young professional males.
