Double Room, 5 minutes from Sheffield City Centre

My flatmate is moving out and there is a spare room (tenancy takeover) in our beautiful 2 bed apartment between West Bar and Kelham Island.
The room has a private bathroom (but not ensuite) and is furnished. The flat is on the 2nd floor and there is a lift. Gated complex with concierge and with private parking (have to pay extra for a parking permit)
Rent is £575 a month, bills and council tax (band C) take it to approx £760

No students please as I am a full time teacher so would like to live with someone who has a similar working pattern as me.
I like to cook, go to the gym and relax in the evenings. I am out of the flat during the day at weekdays so I really value my evenings and weekends relaxing on the sofa.
I would also value someone who is willing to share the housework load in the shared kitchen and living room, keeping it tidy and washing up when they cook, as well as only using their own cutlery and plates.
But most important is that my new flatmate is kind, patient and calm.
