Hi! I am looking for someone to take over the tenancy at Sharman Court Capitol Students. I am open to immediate move in by a student, and the tenancy lasts until early September (6th September 2024) with rent being £103.00 per week. It is a en-suite room on the third floor with a shared kitchen with 5 other student flatmates. All bills are included and there is parking/a garage which you can pay for separately. There is a common room and study room. It is in prime location: - above a Co-op. - 7 minutes from West Street. - 6 minutes or less to Tram and bus stops. - 14 minutes away from UoS campus. -14 minutes away from Lidl.
