All the rooms in The Old Bank are fully furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe with drawer, a desk & chair (which can be removed if you have your own) and an internal sink vanity unit.

Arguably one of the best-positioned flats in Sheffield - close to town, but also just 10 minutes walk from Endcliffe Park, and all the shops, bars and restaurants to be found on Ecclesall Road and London Road. There's Waitrose is right next door too. The postcode is S11 8HY

We've made these high-end and ready for you to move into, plus there's no need to fret about splitting bills as it's all included in the rent.

Tell me more about the flat you say?
Well, the kitchen diner is a fab space with two large fridge freezers, dining table and chairs, tons of kitchen cupboard space, dishwasher and hob/oven.
We also have a separate laundry room with a washing machine and separate dryer too. Plus there is storage space for your boxes/suitcases.
There are 4 bathrooms as well so no queuing in the morning! It's on the doorstep to Sheffield city centre but a nice quiet building to live in.

But what about the bedroom? The most important bit, yes?

Room 9, available from May 20th - £425pcm, which comes with new double bed with under bed storage, and new mattress, desk & chair, double wardrobe with drawer as well as vanity unit and mirror.
A large window make this a lovely sunny room which has matching furniture - no grotty mismatched brown furniture here! A nice carpet, blackout blinds on the huge window, black out curtains, vanity unit with sink and mirror - all with lockable door making it safe and private for you.
Large enough to store all of your stuff as well as feeling warm and comfortable plus we have an additional storage room for your boxes/suitcases.
It's a great place to relax after work and a comfortable place to live.

I need to work from home, is this manageable?
Hell yes, it is! We have two routers with super-fast Wi-Fi that reaches all over the flat so there's no need to worry if you're far from them. It makes WFH easy to do. The bedroom and kitchen diner are great spaces to work in.

Now onto the rent, what do you get?
Your monthly payment includes the rent, gas, electric, council tax, water, broadband, TV licence (for the communal area only) and weekly cleaner (for the communal area). You'll have access to our brilliant online tenant platform, COHO, where you can: apply for rooms, report repairs, find your thorough inventory and all your tenancy documents.

So, who are the housemates?
Currently there are 5 fantastic housemates, all female aged between 22 & 28. All working professionals who met when they moved in at individual times. They're a lovely sociable group who get on well and can often be found relaxing and chatting in the kitchen diner.
This is not a raging party flat - if a party house is what you're looking for then this is not the right place for you. If you're a friendly, sociable person who enjoys chatting to your housemates, enjoys a brew/glass of wine, keeps things clean and tidy and you are easy to get along with then you've just found the right place to live.
The available room won't be around for long so get in whilst you can.
You can meet the housemates at your viewing (if they're in, that is) and with your permission we can pass on your contact details so you can get to know each other. Everyone is over 21 so no freshers wanting all-night parties (as lovely as they are, they're not right for this space).
Everyone is expected to be clean and tidy in the communal areas and be respectful of each other. Not a lot to ask, is it?
Whether you want to socialise or not is up to you - your room is a great space for you to relax, and the communal area is somewhere to enjoy the TV and kitchen.

Tenancies are minimum 3 months which then go onto monthly rolling contracts to give you the most flexibility. 😃 We do in person viewings or live video call viewings via WhatsApp or Zoom if you're not in Sheffield.

Who is the landlord?
Everyone at Bijou Relocation Ltd has worked in the housing industry for many, many years. We've all lived in shared houses and know what people want and don't want.
