Attic room available in end of terrace house

Hello! My name is Daniel :) I will be off travelling from October to June so my top floor attic bedroom will be available for 12 months from June.
You’ll be sharing the house with my wonderful house mate jade who has a contract until at least April 2025 and is likely she’ll extend, shes in the 2nd floor bedroom.
There’s a spare box room for guests, and shared kitchen, bathroom and living room.
There is a small garden out the back with a big lovely blossom tree in the spring,
