Incredible new build flat, furnished to a high standard in the iconic Park Hill development. The flat is located on the top floor so is Incredibly quiet and peaceful with great neighbours. This is our home and we are looking for someone to treat it that way. We are moving away so we are looking for someone to really look after the place. All bills are included apart from electricity (currently £129 £64.50pp). Current flat mate is my sister who is amazing. There is a balcony off the main bedroom which for access can be discussed with the current house mate. Parking is available in the onsite car park which is £50 per month. You have to buy in 6 month blocks for the permit. The property has access to large communal gardens. There is a great cafe and pub located downstairs in the building. The bedroom currently has a bed, desk and blackout blinds. Happy to remove the desk if not wanted as it’s quite large. We will provide a clothes rail before you move in.
