Hello! We’re looking for a professional female to move in with us on 1st July. We’d be moving in on the same day as you so it’s as new to you as it is to us.
We’ll be a working household! 3 of us have known each other for years and the 4th lady we have met through SpareRoom. We are all independent, but love to chat and a friendly group!
We have semi-organised our rooms so the room we’re renting out is the downstairs bedroom - the images aren’t of this room but to show the furnishings. Please feel free to contact me for more information as I have a 3D walk through available, we’d love to meet beforehand so let me know when you’re free.
*the council tax is not included in bills but it will be split between 4 of us. BAND B*
**the tenancy is 51 weeks and ends 24/06/2024.
***this is only available to an individual with no car as we already have 2 cars who would need permits for the area; council won’t accept addition of 3.
