- I'm a laid back, friendly guy and have been living in this flat for the last 2 and half years, can fully recommend it!
- I work in the civil service, and travel to York/London for work, but work largely from home (in my room not in communal space!)
- I'm a Christian and go to Emmanuel church in town
- Looking for an easy going, respectful housemate to share this beautiful flat with!
About the flat:
- Room dimensions: 2.87m x 2.27m.
- This is a spacious, stylish ground floor flat in a converted mill at the heart of Kelham Island.
- High ceilings create an airy feel
- Large white walls perfect for projecting films onto!
- There is a gym onsite for residents only included in the rent
- There is onsite accommodation bookable for guests of residents only (£30 per night for two bed or double room)
- There is a private riverside benched area for guests only perfect for BBQs or eating out in summer
- In-courtyard parking away from the street
- Bike shed for residents
- Rent and bills together comes in around the £520 mark per month per person FYI
