My housemate and I are looking for someone to take the spare double room in our house in Crookes.
The house is modern and spacious with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and decent basement.
We have a house cat, Ken, who is mischievous as he is affectionate, so you’ll have to be sound with pets.
I’m Jacob, 33 and work as a Delivery Manager. And Matt, is 24 and works in sales. We’re both keen footballers and enjoy listening to music and hanging out.
Viewings will likely be on a weekend when we’re both around.
