Double en-suite, right by multiple parks + UoS

I'm looking for someone to take over my flatmate's lease for a great double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom which has a toilet and a shower. The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, large desk, nightstand, bookshelf, and a set of drawers.

The flat is a maisonette set across two floors. It is very spacious with a large living area and a large kitchen. The flat has a washer and a dryer, a nice balcony with sliding doors, and even an electric fireplace. You’ll also have a parking space included in the lot downstairs.

The location is fantastic – just a 5-minute (or less) walk to Weston Park, Crookes Valley Park, and The Ponderosa. There's a 24-hour corner shop around the corner, and it's extremely close to the university campus (located right behind the arts tower) and the Netherthorpe tram stop is just down the street.

I'm a 24 (in June) year old biology student at Uni of Sheff. going into my final year in September. I'm a tidy, very easy-going, and respectful person, and I would ideally lke to be able to form a friendship with any potential flatmate. I enjoy nature and outdoor activites, reading, watching movies, cooking, travel, board games, and relaxing. I understand the value and importance of personal time and space though, so I won't ever pressure you to socialize or overwhelm you with my presence or anything like that.

I'm looking for someone friendly and kind who is roughly around my age, and could be either a student or a professional. I am a vegetarian, and would prefer a veggie/vegan flatmate to make sharing the kitchen more convenient. I would like our shared spaces to be kept in reasonably clean condition. It would be nice to have some shared interests, but I also like trying out new things and activities .
